If I may be allowed,I am disgusted with @Home.The 2nd tech in a week was out today and same old song.Nothing wrong with our equipment has to be the internet.When it works,its great,when not its on a par w/28.8 or less.

Yes, overall performance is very good. Service was down a couple of times, but customer service was very accommodating. Even if the service is down for 10-15 minutes, they credit your bill for the day. However, as I and others have stated, the @home webpage interface is a design nightmare, and I don't use it at all. Perhaps, their acquisition of Excite will get some talent to redesign it, and get them their own customer's eyeballs.
