Hi Marc - <<Well at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is execution. My only question is, is our company ready to execute? Can our internet backbone handle the kind of volume you list? Is it robust? Are accounting processes in place to properly account for each kind of transaction? Is our fulfillment house issues resolved? IS our Teleservices staff fully trained to answer all questions in a timely manner?>>

You have just asked some of the most important questions IMO. With contracts ALREADY in place (and hopefully more to come) - what is TSIG doing in preparation for a potential HUGE surge in BUSINESS ? What are they doing to ensure top notch CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

I recommend that you forward your questions to Rob Gordon or Paul Henry by e-mail - combined with a follow up phone call. Please share what you learned with the thread.

Excellent questions ! Thanks Marc !! :~):~)

Regards,

Phil

Marc, execution is undoubtedly a great concern along with financing. Paul Henry said some of the latest flub-ups regarding fulfillment recently had to do with Valley Media changing something. TSIG had made or was making the adaptive changes and hoped to have that issue squared away soon. He specifically commented that Valley Media would not be making any more changes of that type before Lifetime Learning came in. Anyone who buys CD's here should keep the thread apprised of their experiences--good and bad. I would like to see CD sales volume be significantly increased before Lifetime Learning for the very reasons you alluded to. This fall will be a "do or die" situation. Regards, Suzanne
