CMGI Directed IPO Shares:

Received the following email from Mary Jean Kelly concerning the timing of mailing info to shareholders regarding Engage IPO:

The IPO thing was raised long time ago by CMGI investors, DW replied that there were some tax issues to be worked out. That's why we waited until now.

nldnld is right, we will know the truth next week. Sorry for that, believe me I feel your pain.
