Thanks for the confirmation.I thought Money Magazine's article would be the correct version.Some earlier posts had misinterpeted Ms. Cohen's remarks.

Peachtree Partners is offering to purchase up to 500,000 shares of American Online (AOL)

TERMS
to receive USD $90.00 cash per share

DEADLINE: JUNE 28,1999

Please contact one of our Investor....."

LOL anyone think I should sell my shares?
