Intel's Xeons already contain single bit error CORRECTION and double bit Error DETECTION for the L2 caches, so they are covered.

Their Pentium III Xeons should be immune to radiation induced soft errors, as their technical paper indicated - so they are in good shape.

I would assume - but I'll DEFER to Tenchusatsu - that Intel's SERVER chip sets also handle error detection/correction for main memory.
