Half the time I never get the email confirmations.

Agree. The email confirmations used to be pretty up to minutes, but I guessed the increasing in volume of trades messed it up. I created a Yahoo email address specifically for Datek so I wouldn't have to hear the alert all the time. I clean the Yahoo's Datek mail box once a week that usually carries about 80 to 100 confirmations on it. I like the way Datek does for the paper confirmation, though. It saves lots of trees by putting daily trades together in one list instead of one page per trade like others.
