Chris, I currently have IRID short and believe the common shareholders will be wiped out, perhaps as soon as next month. Bill F.'s warnings about doubling and tripling on the way to 0 are well founded, but I keep my positions small and add if silly folks run it up. The trouble with IRID though is it's next to impossible to borrow.
