Convesations I have had with other investors who have been in contact with JOEL. It appears that this 150 million share increase in not BS after all. They are going to have to do that to change the ownership of the company. A year from now this stock could INDEED still be a great investment at these prices but I have a rule that I follow. Once the CEO lies to me I sell. Also the CFO was beening very tricky with his note to share holders. You can bet your assets that Many share holders asked him how they were going to do the 80% 20% thing. He failed to adress that. The most important issue.
