I'd just like to add my 2 centavos here. I work in TV production (I'm an

editor) and I'm quite long on AXC and have been for almost 5 years. This said, it makes me nervous that the emphasis is on narrowing the target audience. The narrower it becomes, the less cost effective it is to produce the shows. Costs can only be cut back so much and maintain a quality product that people will watch. And is there ain't no audience, there ain't no advertising. TV is an expensive medium (even if it's published on the web). I'm a bit concerned as to how much money they think they can make with narrowcasting on the web. The hardware and labor costs are not that different from a small broadcast operation and it's a new paradigm- the audience size has yet to be determined.

I'm not negative about this, I'm just voicing a concern. I would LOVE to see this fly. It will possibly open up new career opportunities for me as well as grow my AXC ridden Keogh.

Just a thought....
