Company Press Release

MultiMedia Industries Announces the Acquisition of AUCTIONFUN.COM

SANDY, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 18, 1999--MultiMedia Industries (OTC BB:MMIC - news) has acquired
AUCTIONFUN.COM, a company with a unique approach.

Edward Superfon, founder and president, said: ''We have a special package including a digital camera, and the computer
compression software to enable any individual or corporation to go into the auction business on their own.'' In addition, AUCTIONFUN.COM will supply the online
charge service for credit card facilitation with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

MultiMedia paid 12 million restricted shares to purchase AUCTIONFUN.COM, which will develop online services for both business and the individual.

MultiMedia has audited financials available upon request.

AUCTIONFUN.COM plans to be a one-stop auction house and global connection superstore for all consumers interested in negotiating goods and services. Most
importantly, AUCTIONFUN.COM will sell a transaction ''experience'' to consumers, businesses, distributors and corporations, thereby enhancing their ability to transact
commercial functions.

For example, how often do people upgrade a piece of equipment, unable to find a market for the old, or move and have to get rid of either furniture/fixtures or household
furnishings for next to nothing? Soon, they can be auctioned with pictures and sound on the Internet.
