Very Interesting....

Henry has been following this development and correlating future flows of capital as the boomer generation advances. If I remember correctly he anticipates serious changes after 2012±....and retirement complications play a big role in these changes.

IBM's new retirement plan (and others) seems geared at retaining able bodied souls in bondage as well as taking them for a ride.

Productivity gains, worker ratios and wage pressures from a decline of able bodies is another perspective worth remembering when looking forward.

I hope the next Fed Governor is as good as Greenspan.
