But if the business is as profitable as he says, all he has to do is slow down the ultra quick growth for a quarter and allow cash flow to catch up. I know for a fact it works as that is how we do it at our business. No...not being able to obtain a loan does not mean dilution is necessary. I found out many years ago uncontrolled growth is as bad or worse than no growth at all. I understand the situation Colin is in, but he is not looking at all the options and he is just taking the easy way out....or so it appears. Jim J
