Bruno, if I could accurately predict the price of stocks two years from now, I would be richer than Bill Gates.

IMHO, a great deal of SNDK's value hinges on the outcome of the Lexar suit. If the court finds that all of SNDK's patents are valid and broadly enforceable, SNDK shares will rocket like a 'Net stock. But it's more likely than not that the court's ruling will be more limited in scope.

Analyst concensus is that SNDK will earn $1.00 next year and grow at 26.3% for the next five years. Conventional wisdom tells us to multiply these two values -- giving $26.30 as the fair price today. Anything more than that is a bet on uncertain future events.
