Yiwu, Yea, that is pretty much my opinion too. I don't think the ethnic wars in the Balkans will end just because Bill Clinton and NATO say they must. These civil wars have been going on since the Middle Ages. I doubt that they will end any time soon. Strangely, I think the best thing that is happening in Kosovo is that the Serbs are getting "cleansed". At least there will be few reasons for them to try and retake the place since soon all the Serbs and Gypsies and Montenegrans will soon be gone. Funny how Bill Clinton's intervention has actually made two of the six Yugoslavian republics ethnically "pure". Croatia is now cleansed because of Bill Clinton's weapons shipments (in violation of congress and the UN), and soon Kosovo will be cleansed despite NATO's assurances that it would not be. -john
