VIAN shows in my positions already, however STAD shows in open orders. Does this mean we could possibly flip online today?

FYI - Just got a response from Wit to an email I sent this morning. No real surprise. At least they took the time to read it and respond to my actual question, as opposed to sending me back some off-topic form letter. This one was only 95% form letter.

The email response was as follows:
We apologize, the 'Allocation Unavailable' was partially correct. You
did confirm your conditional offer however we were unable to allocate
you shares. Wit Capital allocates shares on a first come, first served
basis. However, demand often exceeds supply. There can be, and often is,
a delay from when you send your e-mail and when we receive it. In
addition, one or more of the following may have been a factor:

1) your account did not contain the minimum $2,000 net market value in
cash or fully paid securities at the time the deal went effective
2) you did not reconfirm your Conditional Offer on a timely basis when
asked to do so by Wit Capital
3) you have flipped shares within 60 days of purchase (see our
“flipping” policy)
4) your Conditional Offer was placed too late in our first come,
first-served process
