Go to a Prudential Securities office and ask to speak with a broker. Get the "Red Herring" which is the initial offering circular, read it and if you're interested, see if that office will allocate you shares. The prospectus should also list the other brokerage firms participating in the IPO, which you could also try contacting. Try telephoning, if you can't actually visit a Prudential office. The other broker listed on the Prospectus is Punk,Ziegel & Co, which I know nothing about. It appears that you will need to speak with a Prudential broker in your attempt to participate in this IPO.
