I think you are ahead of yourself reading a Kenya connection from this press release. To me, it just says you get a link from Quicken to Onsale, not that there's any special Kenya like messages. It's not hard to see it evolve, but no I don't see it written here.

Wholesale Computer Equipment and Other Products Available To Small Businesses Online
MENLO PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 1999--Onsale®, Inc. (Nasdaq:ONSL - news) and Intuit, Inc. (Nasdaq:INTU - news) today launched a program to provide ''live'' Onsale auction content to Quicken.com's Small Business Channel at quicken.com. The auction content is also distributed to the Money & Investing/Personal Finance channels of all Quicken.com partner sites, including Excite and WebCrawler.
Through this agreement, Onsale will send ''live'' data of current pricing information on its computer products and office equipment, such as desktop computers, laptops, printers, modems, monitors, scanners and other products. Buyers can place a bid for an item by linking to the Onsale auction item of their choice directly from Quicken.com. The auction data is updated every 15 minutes on Quicken.com's site.
