<I think long term investors will begin to be rewarded for holding the stock through these highs and lows. >

Though it's always fair to ask a stock "what have you done for me lately?" long term investors already have no real cause for complaint: GSTRF is better than triple from it's 2/95 IPO; and for much of '95 it could be bought around 3$ (split adjusted.)

My point is that everyone points to "post Zenit" as the cause of any negative move in the stock. The stock had been cut in half BEFORE Zenit.

If you look at the LT charts, weakness was apparent in March 98.

The "Zenit" event cut it in half again, and I went long late October when the change in trend was confirmed.

I just don't believe in turning off a significant portion of the profit potential, just because you believe the market is wrong about the current valuation of a stock.

The marketplace may be wrong, but it has the power and is what counts, day to day. Long term, GSTRF will follow the strength and execution of its business plan, just like any other business. But along the way, the market will get confused and do what fundamentalists think is the "wrong" thing. But if they are wrong, with enough passion, I'll be along for the ride.
