Gary, I went from ~90.0% of total assets in DELL in November to ~8.0% at present. Most of my sales were at levels higher than the present, but even those, of course, were on an average cost basis of about $2.

During the process of selling DELL, I exercised calls that I had held since the October lows on CSCO, SUNW, WCOM, and LVLT, building those positions into nice-sized holdings.

DELL is my #6 holding. I'd be a buyer of more on dips into the high $20s, but don't plan on adding otherwise (on current assumptions).

I actually have more in CSCO, than DELL.

Yet, I still love the Company. It's just the stock that got carried away.
