I don't know the reason for the decrease in share price and will call the company today. I know DCGR will be working wih schools across the nation to provide online tutoring for students of all ages. It's competitor QEDC trades at around $11.00 a share after checking yesturdays close. I feel the e-commerce site, www.Personal Teacher.com will help to increase this stock to new heights due to the attention this site will recieve in the near future. IMHO, I feel this company is really undervalued at it's current share price !
