yes. Large blocks 20,000 and above have gone through at ask or above. This can only mean institutional accumulation. Anyone disagree? clearly this post by you has many small investors who read the boards jumping in. where you comment on the possibility of investors receiving shares of ntop: Again, I have no assurance from the company that they will issue shares. I do know they are looking at it though. ragingbull.com could it be others think shares will be issued, hence the recent buying spree?
