Goto ad :

Is it possible that there are legal ramifications in refusing a sponsor? Does first amendment stuff prohibit GNET from refusing GoTo adds... if they set a price, and Goto forks up the cash, can they be refused?
You start walking the line here. If companies can refuse advertisements because of competitive reasons, why not because of ethical reasons. Can GNET refuse gun or smoking ads?

Just wondering. I would think GNET can choose not to do an ad... but where is the line drawn?

any guesses when the Goto ad contract ends?

I received a response from Russell Horowitz very late last night regarding my post. He told me that they are looking into the goto.com banners right now and will stop running it as soon as their comittment is fulfilled in a matter of days or a week. Nice to know our CEO is reading the thread and responding to our concerns - especially late at night!

Go to Net just mentioned on cnbc!!!
