To all news expected today IR said the stock will be halted until monday,draw your own conclusions.

Hello Andrew, Here's what I don't understand. The news should be rather simple: "Winspear is pleased to announce results from the first half of this year's bulk sampling program: 3,XXX tons yielded x,xxx carats for an initial grade of x.x carats per ton, with valuations pending. Further results, including the second part of the bulk sample, will be released as information is known." Its that simple. A delay implies that some type of problem has occurred and that management is trying to reconcile whatever issues have arisen. At the time when WSP was expected to have been crowned king of diamonds, strangely, to the obvious detriment of shareholders, they are quiet. I hope I'm wrong, but look back at other news that seemed too long in being released. In fact, read over the NWI thread from the period before they were late in reporting results. Best of luck to all. I hope WSP clarifies the situation so shareholders don't have to agonize all weekend. Regards, Confluence PS. Why wouldn't everyone from WSP be at head office, especially top management? PPS How come someone on this thread doesn't have a connection, friend, etc. at WSP to chat with. A happy/sad read on a previous contact would tell you all you need to know.
