"The Street" is slow to forgive any company that misreports their numbers no matter how good the company or the product is. Because, unfortunately there are far too many scam companies out there, especially in the BB market. Investors and potential investors depend on those black and white numbers to make their decisions. I personally don't know any investor who puts their good faith money on the line in the hopes of losing it. When investors are intentionally or even mistakenly misled, it creates an atmosphere of mistrust and it then falls on the backs of the company's management to prove their value from that point forward. Good honest numbers, good product, good product results, good honest and straight forward PR's, time, allot of hard work, and a good company with good management can dig themselves out and succeed.
