<< I only hope they understand that China is not the 19-century China any more, >>

That's true. China has taken a step back into the 18th century. <g>

What scares the world is China's recent love for nuclear weapons. What would a country that would shoot hundreds of it's own unarmed, peaceful students in Tiananmen Square, want with weapons who's only purpose would be to destroy the world?

What kind of morons run China? They steal secrets from the US and then lie about it. Once the leaders of China are caught lying and they don't care if the world knows that they are liars, it shows that honor means nothing for these incompetent and dangerous leaders.

Of course, these are the types of leaders you prefer to blindly follow.

<<I have been telling people on this newsgroup
for months that it was not Slobodon Milosevic who
caused this civil war but rather, it was Western
European nations like Germany and Italy that secretly
encouraged Slovania and Croatia to try and break away.>>

Not only West European countries, I heard that U.S. government would give financial aid to encourage the former Yugoslave republic declared independent before a deadline of 1991, but no aid after that time.
The original plan was U.S. wanted to put a Yugoslav American (dual citizen?)to participate the president election(don't recall the name of that guy). But he was sounded defeated by Slobaden. That is why they don't like the result and want to dismantle this only socialist country(regard as a "threat" to West establish interest) in South Europe. If that guy is the president now, I gurantee you there is NO Kosovo war.
