This stock reminds me ACCR a little over a year ago, April 98, ran from around 50 cents to just a bit over $5, around 3 months later it was back to under a buck. When it finally rested at 40 cents, it stayed there for about 10 months. Last month it ran and peaked at just a bit over $2, but as of today it is around 80 cents. I follow ACCR, I know its a small real company. Can't say the same on GCDV.
What a run though from 8 cents to $4. Someone got rich.

and here is what I got:

3. Time frame for the merger 30-45+ days
4. Current business of GCDV -- NONE
5. Current # of employees -- NONE
6. New Millennium Multimedia has about 45 employees.
7. New Millennium Multimedia worth 2M at least according to Jacob
