I agree with some but not all of your comments. Why is a shell more valuable than a liquidated going concern? IF the assets are valuable to an outside entity, why wouldn't they be valuable to CMYN?

The capital structure needs the cleaning. I hope it is done fairly considering the commons. The preffered issue must be dealt with seperately, with consideration to its structure of control, convertability and voting rights.

And at $259 an ounce it may be a fire sale.
