What the hell am I talking about? The fact that this info was being disseminated on the net on Monday by Pluvia. Thats why. The company did not release anything until Wed. So now what do you make of it? I would suspect that Pluvia and his gang had this info prior to SBTK even knowing the suit was going to be amended. My guess is that Pluvia was shorting sometime in advance of this announcement. Pluvia was given an inside track by someone. The timing of obtaining of this info and by who is the question. Sometimes things arent as clear as they appear. Mike
