Dyslexic's nightmare ?? I thought it was a typo.

By increasing, Qwest acknowledges that Frontier has accepted GBLX deal. Found this.......from 6/13 announcement.

snip <<Qwest has offered to acquire U S WEST, a Denver-based provider of communications services to more than 25 million customers in 14 states, for 1.738 shares of Qwest common stock for each share of U S WEST common stock. If Frontier agrees to a business combination with Qwest, the consideration payable to U S WEST shareholders will be increased to 1.783 shares of Qwest common stock for each share of U S WEST common stock. In either case, the transaction will be accounted
for as a purchase and will be tax-free to U S WEST shareholders. >>

The excerpt below is from the SEC filing. This is NOT a new offer. QWST's offer was for 1.783 shares IF both FRO and USW accept, and 1.738 shares if only USW accepts. This is obviously their way of saying that there will NOT be a revised offer?
