OK Ted, irrespective of your Deadhead status, for your efforts here, IMO you've just edged out Haines for favorite CNBChead.

Been a fan of yours for awhile - you know your stuff, have "overclocking" wetware, and put it together with incisive wit and style. So I'm thinking - this guy should do a web thing and thought I'd offer to spring the $50 to start your site (for points, of course <g>) - but as expected, you are already out front: teddavid.com

Good show (wish we could clone you to fill a number of CNBC "gaps")

Ted-

Really appreciate the followup. Your attention to this thread says something about your approach to your work.

Just for the record though, of the 10 stocks I listed, only 3 have gone ex dividend since May expiration, and none went ex this week. There was still almost 100,000 open interest in June SP futures yesterday-seems like enough to cause some unwind action this morning. Mr. Schwartz isn't saying that dividend plays caused the record volume is he?

By the way, how would daytraders have much of an impact on market on open imbalances? That's a new one on me.

Thanks again and keep up the good work.
