He/she makes the call on memorial day knowing that the audience will be very limited, so if he/she is wrong, chances are it will be overlooked. BUT, if he/she made the right call, you can bet that the horns will be tootin. Just my 2 pennies of thought.

When CNBC was plugging VERT it was @ 62, Since it opened at 58 I thought it had already run :> but it clsoed at 74 that day.. Thats twice VERT has tested 56. VERT and IVIL has very low vol, each drops 5-10 points on 10K sellers.
