Dale, None of the big companies are suing anybody. Talked to a friend in legal at CSCO and her line was "why would we bother, there's important work to do." For better or worse, they take bad publicity as the price of being a public company. Of course, CSCO has a habit of setting expectations and meeting or exceeding them, and of reliably reporting financials, market prospects and other material information. In the end, their performance makes the detractors look like fools. I know one guy who has been posting against Intel for years. By now, regarded as a complete moron with an axe to grind and nothing else. He's arguing against reality and everybody knows it. mg
