kcmike, another secondary called SOFN priced at 33 when it closed at 38. that was a $5 discount or a sure 15% discount if u can short it.

If u cannon short is at the closing tick , do not attempt to buy from wit

If this was not to happen nobody will buy them. They will buy from open market. Secondaties price at the same closing price or a discount to it
