I noticed that the volume on Topp on 6/18/99 was three times
the normal average volume. I checked the profile and found that
over 50% of the buying was by institutions. The rumor that Topp
is going to have an extraordinary quarter must be true. I believe
their results will be out around 6/25/99. I would expect the stock
to move up sharply this coming week. The institutions always know
what we, the little people, don't.
