Richard, the TA and FA do not agree, we have oil at $18.5, TLM on the verge of breaking a new yearly high and the Colombians SEV and HEC are lingering in the dust. Something must be wrong we do not know about. I almost decided to jump back in, but by the time I made my mind between HEC and SEV the dichotomy between the FA and TA was too visible for me to get into either of them, at least for the time being. They sure look "cheap" (SEV more so than HEC). Zeev
