I am passing on this one -- majority of business is refinancing and the documents state that the company expects LOWER revenue in the June 1999 quarter, when compared to the March 1999 quarter. Revenues already slowing -- no core business, just primarily refinancing and in california. With a price tag of $10, it will be at 7.50 times book value. I think after the next quarter's earning release we'll see this one trading at under its IPO price, or at least that is what I am afraid of.
