This is the first options expiration day in a long time that my portfolio was up. It was up only modestly, but up nonetheless and I am quite happy about that even though as an avowed long-termer I should not concern myself with day-to-day fluctuations. It's a psychological thing.

If Greenspan is to raise one or both rates, do you know when that would be? I seem to recall June 29.

Mark Edelstone has been the voice of reason and optimism concerning Intel while Kurlak was playing his games. However, his report apparently makes interesting reading. It seems to be an object lesson in how to avoid saying something. TheStreet.com (the part visible on Yahoo) had a writeup on his report, I think.
