kramc / Sirios - Reverse Split But it's not a bad rumor, or Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) sent me bogus information, which I doubt. One other guy got the same thing from DLJ. Seems DLJ is on the ball. Perhaps other brokers will send something out over the weekend. I do not consider a R/S bad in the case of NTAH. Plans as I've heard them are they plan to be fully reporting in Oct. 99. Should be filing the SB2 soon to make that date. Then going for a listing on the Nasdaq, or another U.S. Exchange. To do that the share price must be above $4. A R/S and a couple of Excellent PR's could make that happen. Then there is the push to take Cybersensor IPO. Anyway I'm not to worried with Dan's background. Daniel P. Kesonen, President, has over 25 years experience in the Financial and Investment Banking industry. There is also evidence that small cap stocks which reverse split their stock and can generate better earnings receive a benefit from the reverse split. These companies are trying to boost their price into a range which is more acceptable to traders. For these companies, a reverse stock split works well. e-analytics.com JW@KSC Dear DLJdirect Investor: We have been informed of a possible reverse split that may effect your current holdings in Nevtah Capital MGMT Corp. Should this reverse split occur, the number of shares you currently hold in your DLJdirect account would decrease in direct proportion to the terms of the split. In most instances, the market price per share will increase accordingly. Often times there is a lag between the time the stock price adjusts and the time when the number of shares is adjusted in your account. This occurs because positions cannot be adjusted until we receive notice from the transfer agent or depository where the shares are held the the split has actually occurred. This will cause the market value of your Nevtah Capital MGMT Corp. position to appear to increase dramatically in value. Should this occur please contact DLJdirect Investor Services at 1-800-TALK-723 with questions regarding this matter, or call 1-800 TALK-TRD to place a trade-- or 1 800 TDD-7236 for the hearing impaired. Please keep in mind that placing a sell order on this security under these circumstances, without further inquiry creates a risk that you will oversell your position. Any repurchase of the oversold amount is for your account and risk, which could result in financial loss to you.
