Any talk of changing the name of the company?
Seems like "Concurrent Computer" is an anachronyism and does not add value to the current and future VOD business nor even the RT business.

Ken,

It's possible that SNDV had already approached CCUR as a prospective mmkr, but was unwilling to do so if that meant an insider was planning on selling a large block of shares into their buying.

This is just speculation, of course, but were I SNDV, I would have made the ultimatum that insiders do their heavy selling BEFORE they punched onboard if they wanted my support in the marketplace.

Again, just my opinion.
