Praetor, STMP looks risky to me. The whole business hinges on swift regulatory approval from the government. Surprisingly, there are some heavy hitters backing the co.

Does anyone know if settlement for VIAN and MAIL is on monday or tuesday?

I don't like STMP...

It may be a rocket, but they scared me off in their prospectus. I know all of 'em can sound pretty scary, but this one was stronger. When you say that you must have timely government approval of your product, and then go on to say that your business will be dramatically hurt if you don't get that approval before your competitors do, you get my attention. In my experience, "timely government approval" is oxymoronic at best.
