If you look up today's quote on Yahoo there is a NR stating that the original owner and a current shareholder sold 2 million shares for 2 thousand $ in order to reduce the no. of shares to 9.8 million.The shares are trading at just over 3.5$.

It will be interesting to see the price at which Petopia opens when the IPO is initiated;a comparison will be possible then.Can't find out when the IPO is coming though.
