Dear Jack, Thank you for pointing out obvious changes that need to be made. I can assure you that Kevin is fully aware of the need to make these changes, and in fact is doing so as we speak, thanks again for reminding all of us that we can in fact overlook these issues because we are concentrating on other issues.
