Antitrust...This thing went to everyone with an account at a brokerage firm in America. The work required to participate is extensive...copies of all trades (statements confirms etc) from 1987 through 1997. I can't discern the value of this work. Is it $0.10 or $1500. Makes a difference. Can't see going through all the work for a penny a trade.....The only thing I know for sure is that the lawyers will make much more than the investors....they are the only ones who really make out in class action litigation....look at shareholder lawsuits...when is the last time you ever got a dime out of one of those... but the legal fees are tremendous...Milbergermeister Weasel Pecker and Greed for example. All in the name of protecting the poor unsuspecting investor from the unscupulous big bad corporate monster....Give me more corporations and fewer schisters...

YES... I'll rake 'em if they'll do it by number of shares... :)) Those times I was doing a lot of penny stocks... I got it yesterday!!! I'm waiting for the AMEX one also... SF
