MM only hold short positions on OTCBB stocks. They are never long, if you have level II, when a new MM comes on a stock, they always show up on the "ASK" then on the "BID" after they have sold short for a while. So right now they are buying all the stock they sold to you (or other investors) at .20+ cents to you. And you just held their IOU for the past 6 months to a year, while they used your money to make more money. God you really have to love the country and our government which we pay good taxes to support and protect and regulate the OTCBB Market Makers. The bottom line is anyone who buys an OTCBB stock is going to lose their money. Then to add insult to injury after the investor gives his money to the MM, they get involved in a lawsuit against the company driving the stock price down even further, and the MM are laughing all the way to the bank. And the whole time everyone is saying the system does not work this way.

Just for the record, I am not blasting ETPI, but rather the exchange they trade on. Of course none of this is explained to company officer's before they start trading OTCBB, and after the OTCBB MM get their hooks into a company, it will have to pay dearly to move to a different exchange.
