I guess I am not so concerned about what their individual holdings are. I wouldn't be concerned with it had they stayed individuals and I don't see why that would change with the current situation. If they are required by SEC regs to do so, then they should report it. I was only concerned with current compensation and had I completely read their PRs, I would have seen that. I am still bearish on this stock until the financials come out. Once the financials come out and they are clean, I don't forsee a rush by investors to get back in. I would assume there to be a nice steady rise which will give me plenty of time to reacquire a position. IMHO

As I mentioned back in April, I visited Microphonics office. I still stand by what I said then, I still own all of my shares and do not plan on selling any time soon. I still think that they have a product that has huge potential. I also do not think that they will stay a BB stock very much longer and think that a move to the NASD is in the not to distant future. Accurate financials are important, so I am not worried about how long it is taking. I would rather they take a little longer on the financials than rush them and have to post adjustments. That could be disastrous.
