Victor Melfi, Jr. CEO
Victor is an industry and Wall Street recognized expert in technology direct marketing. Prior to Virtual Spin, he was President/CEO of Multiple Zones, a catalog/web computer reseller. He led that company's three year growth phase (from $113M to $474M sales with 1100% increase in profit) and its IPO in 1996. Prior to the Zones, he was with Reader's Digest, where he acquired his direct marketing expertise. Victor was also in the Strategy/Marketing practice at the management consulting firm of Booz-Allen and Hamilton. He began his career with six years as a programmer and application developer. Victor was educated at Yale University, Oxford University and Shimer College.

Todd Biesold Co-Founder and President/COO
Todd has extensive operations, finance and legal experience, leveraging his JDL/CPA background in founding Virtual Spin and leading it through its development phase. Prior to Spin, Todd was CFO of Merlino Foods. He began his career as a tax attorney with KPMG Peat Marwick and was a legal/tax consultant to Gill's Investment, a real estate development and management firm. Todd was educated at Gonzaga University and the University of Washington.

Marc Williams EVP Marketing and Business Development
Marc has over 12 years experience in technology marketing and merchandising including senior roles at CompuServe and MicroWarehouse. His entrepreneurial/start-up experience includes principal roles with Icon Review, the first Macintosh mail order catalog and 68000, a pioneering electronic computer products catalog. Most recently, he was the General Manager of the Real Store division of Real Networks. Marc was V.P. Strategic Marketing and Business Development at Multiple Zones, Int'l, where he ran Catalog Merchandising, Advertising Sales, Marketing Programs and developed the company web site. Marc was educated at Ohio State University.
