Actually, I'll have to admit that neither Intel nor AMD are perfect in execution. Now before you go ahead and say, "Well duh," let me just validate my point by saying that the significance of every flaw in execution is proportional to the press it receives. Only now with competition heating up is every flaw and every minor slip-up so magnified out of proportion, both from Intel and from AMD.

What we'll probably see in the next few years is a lot of volatility.
