Actually, since the central bank is free to "print money" at will, I think that the BOJ will prove more than capable of destroying their own currency and economy while trying to prop the dollar and Euro.

Additionally, I read that they feel that weakening the currency (read devaluing the yen) will have a 2 positive effects: improving exports and fighting deflation. geee,,, Wonder what the Japanese Bond Market thinks of this. It would appear to be more and more difficult to float both government and company bonds at low interest rates when the central bank has one of its primary objectives to devalue the currency. My question, who buys JGB ? Follow up question. Whats the yield on Japanese corporate bonds ?
