I claim it does; you try to exclude it simply because it destroys your argument. It has long been recognized that freedom of religion includes freedom to have NO religion; this was specifically understood by the men who wrote and passed those amendments and has been understood by every Supreme Court since.
And freedom from religion means I am free of the state attempting to promote ANY SPECIFIC religion using my tax money.
