* Reuters Article on Options Expiring is BS. * Please show me what BIDS options expired today on the U.S. exchanges. The initial options were setup with expirations on the February cycle meaning that the first to expire would be July. Link to the initial options structure plus current quotes. biz.yahoo.com discoverbrokerage.com Lastly, there was no Canadian play on the movement either with those set of options. Look the previous level of open interest. If you look at the intraday chart of BIDS and BII it is quite clear the Nasdaq version led the move. That Reuters article is clearly an example of irresponsible journalism. GG
